Legislative Summary

As enacted, holds the directors, trustees, or members of the governing body of a 501(c)(19) nonprofit corporation, association, or organization immune from suit arising from the conduct of the affairs of the corporation, association, or organization as long as the conduct at issue does not constitute willful, wanton, or gross negligence. - Amends TCA Title 48.
