Legislative Summary
As enacted, authorizes the executive director of the Tennessee higher education commission to appoint a designee to serve in the executive director's stead on the state board of education; authorizes the executive director of the state board of education to appoint a designee to serve in the executive director's stead on the Tennessee higher education commission. - Amends TCA Section 49-1-301; Section 49-1-305 and Section 49-7-204.
