As introduced, exempts real estate brokers who are in good standing with the Tennessee real estate commission, have been licensed for at least 10 years, and have completed at least 200 hours of continuing education in real estate courses at a school, college, or university approved by the commission from continuing education requirement for license renewal. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 13, Part 3.
