HB1915: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 9; Title 54 and Title 67, relative to transportation. This act makes appropriations for county roads and bridges for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2021, and July 1, 2022.

As introduced, appropriates excess state tax revenues over-collected in fiscal year 2021–2022 to the department of transportation to be used for making grants in the amount of $2 million to each county highway department for the construction, repair, and improvement of county roads and bridges. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 54 and Title 67.
