HB1965: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 4 and Title 55, Chapter 8, relative to golf carts on certain public roadways within a retail and entertainment district.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, authorizes the City of Clarksville to allow golf carts on certain public roads, if the roads are closed to motor vehicle traffic, within the boundaries of a certain retail and entertainment district upon the adoption of an ordinance by a two-thirds vote. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 4 and Title 55, Chapter 8.
