HB2061: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, Chapter 10, relative to multicandidate political campaign committees.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, requires that sworn complaints on a statement of a candidate for state public office or a statewide political campaign committee be filed in the office of the registry of election finance; requires that sworn complaints on a statement of a candidate for local public office or a local political campaign committee be filed in the office of the district attorney general who represents the judicial district in which the voter resides. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10.
