Legislative Summary
As enacted, makes various changes to the ignition interlock requirements for people convicted of driving under the influence; creates a licensing system for ignition interlock manufacturers, service centers, technicians, and subcontractors, to be administered by the department of safety. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
