HB2269: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, relative to criminal justice.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, requires that a person convicted of first degree murder for the killing of another in the perpetration or attempted perpetration of aggravated rape, rape, rape of a child, and aggravated rape of a child be sentenced to death or life in prison without parole. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
