SB0623: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, relative to probation.
Legislative Summary
As introduced, adds the criminal offenses of aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury to another or the death of another and aggravated assault involving the actual discharge of a firearm to those offenses that are not eligible for probated sentence, if the offenses were committed intentionally or knowingly. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
