HB0623: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 56 and Title 66, relative to sinkholes.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, specifies that a seller of residential property is required to disclose the presence of a known sinkhole on the property prior to entering into a contract with a buyer regardless of whether the sinkhole is indicated through the contour lines on the property's recorded plat map. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 66.
