SB1193: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41, relative to repeat offenders.
Legislative Summary
As introduced, requires the administrative office of the courts to report the number of appeals filed appealing the finding that a criminal defendant is a repeat violent offender by no later than February 1 of each year to the senate judiciary committee and the house criminal justice committee. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
