HB1723: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 71, Chapter 5, relative to the annual coverage assessment.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, enacts the "Annual Coverage Assessment Act of 2024," which requires each covered hospital licensed as of July 1, 2024, to pay an annual coverage assessment for FY 2024-2025 of a certain percentage of the covered hospital's annual coverage assessment base. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 5.
