HB2054: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 67, Chapter 5, relative to property taxes.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, increases from 1,500 to 3,000, for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2025, the amount of acreage of land permitted to be placed within any one taxing jurisdiction under the Agricultural, Forest and Open Space Land Act. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5.
