HB2809: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38 and Title 39, relative to firearms.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, expands the definition of a law enforcement officer to include retired law enforcement officers who are carrying a firearm pursuant to certain state laws for purposes of when a law enforcement officer may carry a firearm. - Amends TCA Title 38 and Title 39.
