As introduced, increases, from 30 to 45, the number of days after which a municipal corporation must cease to prescribe and enforce traffic ordinances on the campus of a state institution after a state university and community college system or the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee requests the governing body of the municipal corporation to cease prescribing and enforcing such traffic ordinances on the campus of the state institution. - Amends TCA Title 49.
