As introduced, adds that a requested comptroller study reviewing the number of nonviolent offenders who are incarcerated for offenses but who have not been convicted be shared with the legislative librarian on or before the date of the submission of the next regularly scheduled audit of the department of correction. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 29; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
