Legislative Summary
As enacted, authorizes a local education agency to implement the law enforcement against drugs and violence (L.E.A.D.) program in schools operated by the LEA; authorizes an LEA's implementation of the L.E.A.D. program to be in lieu of the DARE program. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17 and Title 49, Chapter 1.
