HB0627: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7 and Title 67, relative to occupancy tax.

As introduced, extends the period, from three years to four years, that a taxpayer of the tourist accommodation tax to a metropolitan government is required to keep the records used to determine the amount of the tax. - Amends TCA Title 7 and Title 67.
