HB0726: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 67, relative to taxation.

Legislative Summary

As introduced, increases, from 35 to 40 days, the time in which an eligible taxpayer must apply for a refund or credit for property tax relief from the date taxes in the jurisdiction become delinquent for that year, before the taxpayer is deemed ineligible for such relief for that tax year. - Amends TCA Title 67.
