Legislative Summary

As introduced, requires the state capitol commission on or before January 1 of each year until the monument to unborn children is complete to submit a report to the speaker of the senate and speaker of the house of representatives on any gifts, grants, or donations made toward the monument and the remaining funds needed for the monument. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 29; Title 33; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 53; Title 56; Title 62; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
