As introduced, changes, from March 1 to July 1, the date by which the Tennessee higher education commission must provide a copy of its annual report regarding state workforce need projections and credential production to the governor, the education and commerce and labor committees of the senate, and the committees of the house of representatives having jurisdiction over higher education and commerce, respectively. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 10; Title 12; Title 49; Title 66 and Title 67.
