As introduced, enacts the "Pay Stub Protection Act," which requires an employer to provide a statement to an employee on the employer's payday that contains certain information about the employee and the employee's wages and hours worked during the applicable pay period. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 50.
