Legislative Summary
Disposition of unclaimed bodies; how disposition expenses paid; seizure of assets. Permits seizure of a decedent's nonprobate assets to cover the costs of disposition of such decedent's unclaimed body. Currently, seizure is limited to estate assets out of which disposition costs may be paid.
