Legislative Summary

Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles; online access to driving records; minors. Directs the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to create a process and guidelines by which minors may access their driving records on the Department of Motor Vehicles website, including the necessary means to verify the identity of such requester, and to implement the process and guidelines by July 1, 2024. The provisions of the bill do not become effective unless reenacted by the 2024 Session of the General Assembly.
