Legislative Summary
Assisted living facilities, adult day care centers, and child welfare agencies; provisional license. Increases from six months to 12 months the maximum period of time during which a person may operate an assisted living facility, adult day care center, or child welfare agency under a provisional license issued by the Commissioner of Social Services.
