SB937: Administrative Process Act; provisional license to an assisted living facility or adult day center.

Legislative Summary

Commissioner of Social Services; appeal of provisional licenses. Requires that corrective action of an applicant for provisional licensure, acceptable to the Commissioner of Social Services and on a schedule determined by the Commissioner, shall be required prior to any appeal of the provisional license issued to an assisted living facility or adult day center. This bill is identical to HB 2597.
