Department of State Police; Central Criminal Records Exchange; removal of certain reporting requirements. Removes the requirement that the Central Criminal Records Exchange report to the Governor and General Assembly on or before November 1 of each year on the status of unapplied criminal history record information and any updates to fingerprinting policies and procedures.
