Gaming; conduct of Texas Hold'em poker tournaments; fantasy contests; age restrictions. Increases from 18 years of age to 21 years of age the minimum age an individual must be to participate in Texas Hold'em poker tournaments held by a qualified charitable organization and fantasy contests.
