Breakthrough Therapies for Veteran Suicide Prevention Advisory Council. Establishes the Breakthrough Therapies for Veteran Suicide Prevention Advisory Council to provide assistance to and advise the Department of Health on methods to support clinical research and implementation of treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, treatment-resistant depression, major depressive disorder, and traumatic brain injury.
