Legislative Summary

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; best practice training; telehealth visits for patients with disabilities. Directs the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to develop and disseminate best practice educational training for health care providers on how to conduct telehealth visits for patients with disabilities. This bill is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Health Care.
