HB3044: Relating to the annual fee for limited video lottery terminal permits
Legislative Summary
The purpose of this bill is to provide an incentive to upgrade video lottery terminals and their operating software by reducing the per terminal annual permit fee from $1,000 to $500 for terminals that generate a certain level of revenue above the 10 percent lowest revenue-producing versions of terminal software.
