The bill requires that entities and agencies not prohibit the enforcement of immigration laws or cooperation with other governmental agencies to enforce immigration laws. The bill provides for complaint procedures. The bill provides for mandatory duties regarding immigration detainers. The bill provides for actions to ensure compliance.
