HB3148: Relating to financing municipal policemen’s and firemen’s pension and relief funds
Legislative Summary
The purpose of this bill is to prohibit municipalities from using the conservation method of financing for their municipal policemen's and firemen's pension and relief funds; and to provide that a municipality may convert to either the optional method or optional-II method of financing.
