SB453: Requiring pricing and payment transparency from pharmacy benefits managers contracting with PEIA
Legislative Summary
The purpose of this bill is to require any pharmacy benefit manager ("PBM") who contracts with PEIA to be entirely transparent in providing its full data around pricing and payments for drugs and to pharmacies.
