SB451: Directing Prosecuting Attorneys Institute to make training available to certain new prosecuting attorneys
Legislative Summary
The purpose of this bill is to require all prosecutors to undergo training prior to performing his or her duties; and require the West Virginia prosecuting attorneys Institute to conduct mandatory training for all prosecuting attorneys.
