SB543: Relating to research and economic development agreements for state institutions of higher education

The purpose of this bill is to clarify the authority of state institutions of higher education to enter into agreements and contractual relationships with one or more corporations formed by the state institution of higher education for purposes of fostering research and economic development efforts.
