HB5351: To amend the definition of commercial solid waste facility
Legislative Summary
The purpose of this bill is to amend the definition of "commercial solid waste facility" to exclude any solid waste facility that accepts solid waste collected by the owner or operator (or its affiliate(s)) of the solid waste facility for consolidation and subsequent transport to a disposal or recycling facility.
