SB610: Clarifying authority of Water Development Authority in certain circumstances

Legislative Summary

The purpose of this bill is to clarify that the West Virginia Water Development Authority may appoint employees, officers, managers, attorneys, independent contractors, and consultants as are necessary, to fix their compensation, and prescribe their duties in certain circumstances outside the classified civil service system.
