HB5508: Relating to requiring certain transfers and disbursement of funds

The purpose of this bill is to provide that the West Virginia Racing Commission annually transfer $8,000,000 from the West Virginia Greyhound Breeding Development Fund to the Fire Protection Fund and the Emergency Medical Services Equipment and Training Fund.
