The purpose of this bill is to change the "Curator" of the Department of Arts, Culture, and History to the "Cabinet Secretary" of the Department of Arts, Culture, and History. The bill also adds the Educational Broadcasting Authority as a section under the department, as a separate, but not independent agency and adds the Educational Broadcasting Commission to the list of citizens commissions.
