SB2043: Relating to bonded indebtedness of State of WV

Legislative Summary

The purpose of this bill is to requires State Treasurer approval to issue refunding bonds; to set forth the process by which general obligation bonds authorized by the West Virginia Constitution shall be issued and administered in the future; and to relocate all provisions concerning outstanding general obligation bonds to a single chapter of the West Virginia Code.
