Legislative Summary

The purpose of this bill is to prohibit a county or municipality from charging, a private landowner with a private sanitary sewer system, fees based on the county or municipality sanitary sewer system; or for improvements for construction of, a county or municipal sanitary sewer system; or being required to connect to a county or municipality sanitary sewer system, or being charged a fee for the county or municipal sanitary sewer system.
