HB2905: Relating to fines for local fire departments

The purpose of this bill is to enhance penalties relating to crimes against law enforcement, firefighters, governmental representatives, health care providers, utility workers, correctional employees, and emergency medical service personnel; create a felony offense for attacking or hindering or obstructing a firefighter or emergency equipment; and create criminal penalties.
