HB3016: Photo voter ID.

Legislative Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require a photograph on all valid identifying documents used for voter identification purposes and to ensure that driver's licenses, permits, and identification cards issued to lawful noncitizen residents are easily distinguishable from driver's licenses, permits, and identification cards issued to citizens to ensure no noncitizen is capable of utilizing a noncitizen driver's license, permit, or identification card to register to vote.
