HB3278: Allow adjustment of retirement benefit following death of beneficiary for survivor benefit

Legislative Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide that, if a spouse beneficiary predeceases a retirant, the retirant shall receive the annuity in the same amount as if not nominating a spouse beneficiary.
