SB808: Establishing Justice Reinvestment Task Force

The purpose of this bill is to create the West Virginia Justice Reinvestment Task Force to undertake a comprehensive analysis of West Virginia's adult justice system and develop recommendations that may include, but not be limited to, bail and pretrial services, sentencing and release policy, supervision practices, correctional programing, behavioral health and reentry supports, and services for the victims of crime
