SB814: Allowing county commissions to establish fees for municipality-provided fire services

The purpose of this bill is to provide the county commission discretion for imposing a county fire service fee and require county commission approval before fees established on or after January 1, 2024, are imposed on individuals or businesses located outside the municipality.
