SB931: Relating to King Coal Highway Economic Advisory Board Act

Legislative Summary

The purpose of this bill is to rename the West Virginia Advanced Energy and Economic Corridor Authority the King Coal Highway Economic Advisory Board; to modifying the legislative findings for the creation of the advisory board; reduce membership of advisory board to 11 members; modify requirements for members of advisory board; and modify powers and duties of the advisory board.
